It provides an hour of deep relaxation and community connection. Attending regular sound healing meditation can be helpful for improving the quality and quantity of sleep, muscle relaxation, calming of anxiety, supporting the immune response.
The following people should consult their doctor before the first use of sound healing.
*People with carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of carotid artery/larynx).
*People with cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves or cardiac arrhythmias.
*People with a stent.
*People with a DBS device.
*People with epilepsy.
